How much does it cost?
9 € + VAT per person per night, all inclusive: utilities, high-speed internet, TV in the room and parking. For the whole building or longer stays we agree a custom price.
How far is it from the Volvo plant in Valaliky?
About 15 km via the R2 expressway, without driving through Košice. The D1 and R2 slip roads are right next to the building.
Where do cars and vans park?
On our own concrete car park for about 30 vehicles, inside the fenced site with a lockable gate and CCTV.
Is the site secure?
Yes. The entire site is fenced with a lockable gate. CCTV covers the outside and the corridors, and the building has smart security. The caretaker lives on site.
Can we rent the whole building?
Yes. We rent the whole 48-bed building to one company, or individual floors.
What is the minimum stay?
One month. The accommodation is intended for companies and work crews staying long term.
Can you arrange meals and cleaning?
Meals are not prepared on site; there is a microwave. A restaurant in Rozhanovce delivers a daily lunch menu and evening meals right to the building. We can also arrange cleaning, laundry and a dry-cleaning pickup service.
